MATTHEW 25︱SERVING THE UNDERSERVED
Our Outreach Ministries
Vision & Purpose
Holy Trinity has an array of outreach initiatives which align with the core values of M25. These initiatives include:
Focus on the Fathers
Local Outreach (Blessing Box, Giving Garden, and more)
Justice & Reconciliation
Pregnancy Support Services
The Holy Trinity M25 Leadership Team oversees these initiatives through prayerful discernment and collaborative decision-making. Composed of leaders and members from each outreach team, they ensure our outreach efforts remain faithful to Christ's call while responding effectively to needs in our community. Current M25 Leadership Team members:
Sharon Guyer (Pregnancy Support Services)
Allison Martin (Focus on the Fathers)
Dianne Martin (Justice & Reconciliation)
Kristen Rademacher (Vestry)
Nancy Jo Stotts (Local Outreach)
Since our beginning in 2012, Holy Trinity has sought to embody Christ’s love and reconciliation in our community. We have been committed to incarnational ministry through discipleship and formation by inviting congregants into sacrificial love, proximity to suffering, and active peacemaking through resources that equip the local church.
In 2026, aligned our outreach ministries with the Matthew 25 Initiative (M25). M25 is an initiative of our province, which envisions an Anglican expression of justice and mercy in every ACNA parish across North America, equipping and sustaining Anglicans who serve alongside the vulnerable. Inspired by Jesus’ call in Matthew 25 to care for “the least of these,” it fosters compassionate ministry that embodies Christ’s love in broken places that he revealed preeminently in his Incarnation. Matthew 25’s core values are listed below and we aspire to integrate these into our mission to this community. See more on the ACNA’s Matthew 25 Initiative website.
How we fulfill this vision at Holy Trinity:
M25i Core Values
-
Rooted in the belief that God came near in Jesus, M25i emphasizes proximity—being present with those who suffer, rather than offering distant solutions.
-
The initiative promotes holistic care that addresses both immediate needs and systemic injustices, reflecting God’s heart for righteousness and compassion.
-
M25i supports ministries that foster healing across racial, social, and economic divides, participating in God’s work of restoring relationships.
-
Recognizing the emotional and spiritual toll of outreach work, M25i provides refreshment and support for caregivers to help them endure and thrive.
-
M25i builds networks among churches, nonprofits, and individuals engaged in outreach, encouraging shared learning and mutual encouragement.
-
Inspired by the life and suffering of Christ, M25i calls Anglicans to a life shaped by sacrificial love and solidarity with the poor and oppressed.
